Order Question

Hey all!

I got my order in by the deadline for the Ecoboost. However, my dealer said they are still waiting on Ford to pick up the order and there is no guarantee it gets picked up.

At this point should I just assume it will not get picked up?

You should have gotten a confirmation email from Ford right away. You may want to call the dealer and ask about it if you haven't.

He made it sound like that I wouldn’t get an email until Ford picked it up. Pretty much, he got it in in time, now it’s in their hands type of thing.

I ordered 1/26 and received an email (order confirmation) from Ford an hour after I left the dealership. I stopped by my dealer this past Friday to check in and he said the order was still pending and gave me a tracking number. Ford has not approved the order as of that time. I am not sure what to make of that.

Don't assume anything at this point. Ask a lot of questions and compare the answers received to folks here and hope for the best.

You can call Ford Marketing at (800) 334-4375. They were able to confirm my order and apparently confirm it was entered correctly through the ROVP process.
