Order numbers

I noticed the order numbers start with a letter A,B,C and so on mine is J for example is there anyway we can check to see up to what letter they are working on assuming that the A and B are first

Some dealers use for example the sales person first name initial, 2 numbers and their last name initial. Here was my ROVP, now using COVP and my sales person was Adamson. It has no priority impact, zero.

Your order number has absolutely nothing to do with any priority or order of builds, etc....

It is 100% internal to your dealership and a dealer could use a random number generator or use a "z" followed by some numbers for the first 50 and an "a" followed by some numbers for the next 50. You get the idea.

All that matters is that they don't have two of the same vehicle with the same order number. But they can and sometimes do repeat order numbers across vehicle models. Like an F150 order could use the same order number as a Maverick.

My dealer used the last 4 digits of my phone number as my order code. I don't know if that's policy or coincidence.
