Order not recognized on myford.com

I know the Ford tracking system is generally shit and it appears this occurred with Broncos too, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. Despite my initial order email from Ford and the 3/19 “update” email, myford.com says I don’t have any pending orders. I assume this is a nothing but wanted to at least ask.

With the Maverick, the order will never show under your orders/reservations in your Ford.com account. It has something to do with how they did a slightly different lead-to-order program for the Maverick vs. other models.

Also the order tracker won't work until you get scheduled and you have a VIN.

But as stated above, my order is in shipped status, but if I go to my account, it shows no orders in the system. But it does exist, its just their system and how it was designed.

Just got my vin # from ford & no scheduled build date yet & no window sticker issued yet , they said I might be able to give vin# to dealer for more info , but haven’t called yet , lariat , area51, AWD , ordered Aug 25, 2021 it’s nice to have a vin at least .

Once you have your VIN, you can enter it here https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ and start tracking it. (Others have reported the site is flaky, so don't get discourged if it occasionally gives contradictory information).
