I posted a question over on the facebook page but not really sure if it was an accurate answer. When we tried to remove hitch a couple weeks ago it showed order as locked. Does anyone know for certain when it shows locked what that actually means? XL hybrid, hitch and full spare....btw when I chatted with ford last week when locked it was order processing, not preview

My guess is that it was moved to priority 02, which prevents any changes.
Changes for retail orders can only be made when priority is 10-19. Obviously, if it has scheduled, it would also be locked for changes.

Can your dealer or Ford chat confirm what your current priority code is?

I believe "previewing" is a term that us outside of the official process use. As was mentioned, it would be better to check on priority code. Customer Service may not have a way to confirm "previewing".

No, previewing is a dealer term. We get reports on Tues and Wed and can see which orders are "previewing" (i.e. likely to schedule). We typically won't know for sure which orders have scheduled until sometime on Thurs.

It shows unscheduled clean with a potential for scheduling in the next few weeks? So currently locked doesn't really mean anything specific as far as I can tell

Fair enough, you would know more than I. The point is it's not a Ford Customer Service term, they won't be able to tell you that.

Currently locked means they are tired of messing with you and want you to just wait your turn regardless of constraints. That is what I am feeling. I have been locked for 2 months, unscheduled clean, priority code 12(down from 10), and dealers said I was number 14 on their spreadsheet. As far as I can tell the only certainty that I can get from that is that my Tremor wont be built when I make my trip to the mainland in early March. So I will likely be shipping it to the west coast from granger via truck, and then waiting another 5-6 weeks for it to ship by boat to Oahu and then a barge to Maui. If I luck out I will get it mid spring. Still havent driven one, but I did drive a BS Badlands and sat in a XLT hybrid once. Still excited 336 days after order.
