Yesterday I got my usual 45 day dear john letter from ford making excuses for why my order that was placed 510 days ago has not been scheduled so I decided I would call my dealer an add the D-link cargo system that is "free" if you have a sprayed in bedliner. My dealer said no problem, we had made changes in the past removing constrained items in hopes of improving the probability of getting my maverick built to no avail. When he clicked the button to make the change he got a message that the order was locked. So I hoped maybe it was being scheduled. I called Ford Customer Service and they said my order was still in processing, had not been scheduled and they had no idea why it would be locked. Just one more example of Ford incompetence.
