Order Changes Affect

Congrats to all the hybrids that got scheduled yesterday. I put my XLT Hybrid order in 7/23/21 and was not one of the lucky ones to get an email yesterday, though I saw a lot of folks with order dates before, around, and after mine that did.

General order affect question: I modified by order 10/18/21 to add the Lux package (before I knew how bad an idea it was). Does this at all affect my "order date" and the order in which Ford will look at it?

I have a bed extender on my order that I don't really want anymore, and know it's also causing delays for some orders based on availability. I would like to have it removed from the order, but I also don't want to impact my order date any more if it is going to do so. Thought you all may know and could help. Thanks!

I don't think that it will change your order date....but if you are priority 2 now, you'll have to be changed to 10-19 in order for the dealer to make the change. So it could hold you up a little. However, their sales rep may be able to intervene and get to back to priority 2.

I don't think that it will change your order date....but if you are priority 2 now, you'll have to be changed to 10-19 in order for the dealer to make the change. So it could hold you up a little. However, their sales rep may be able to intervene and get to back to priority 2.
