I forgot to mention that someone must have leaked, sold, just let it slip, or someone intercepted an email. Starting within hours of getting my "your maverick has been selected to be built" email I am getting about weekly emails from two banks plus a credit union letting me know that I am pre-qualified for an auto loan, at least one of which has pre-qualified me for 115% of my MSRP.!!! They are trying to "NET" ME on the NET?

Depends entirely on the dealer (and their allocations)...as it should have been.

Spoke to a sales guy at Santa Maria Ford in Cali. They stopped taking Hybrid orders but can still take Ecoboost at this time

Going to be an interesting run of 2024s. Maybe we'll see a bunch of EBs on lots and get back to more normal times of being able to shop and test drive.

i made 8K flipping my MY22 xl hybrid and put that money towards the '23 hybrid i'm keeping now. just for shit &giggles, i priced the MY23 out at 3K above what i paid with 1200 miles through driveway.com

You cannot sell a vehicle without registering and titling first, aka paying sales tax.

Not through places like carvana or the likes. The vehicle needs to be registered to be reflected on the vehicle Carfax. Furthermore, you are not actually the owner until vehicle is under your name in order to sell it, and the only way to do that is to register.

Very hard to believe 2024 order banks remain open after 2 months. Seems the price increase and higher interest rates have dampened the demand for Maverick.

Hybrid Orders are done. Now the delivery times I think will get better I have a build date in November for MY24 Hybrid. My23 Still isn't here yet 1 year and 2 days. Its in Ft worth at a rail yard. Ford Workers on strike I wonder if this is why its been in the rail yard. I was told the Rail workers wont cross a picket line. ( Im Screwed for now) The 24 Mavs are going to be coming

As far as I know the order banks are still open. I guess it’s safe to assume Ford priced out a decent amount of people. If in fact they can do 10 to 11,000 per month I'm wondering if delivery times will improve? One can hope, right?

My 11/3/21 order took 70 weeks to get a 2023 Lariat Hybrid...my 7/17/23 order is set for production 11/27/23..so I will probably get my 2024 as a Christmas present after 21 weeks. I don't think is that the luster has worn off, just that they got the ordering/allocation system in much better order so they didn't have to slam the order banks closed because some dealers oversold.
