So more than not - it's legal to possess. Obviously not operative a vehicle.

Yet somehow Hawaii is still illegal. Not that anyone here cares.

Should be, though. Ridiculous cannabis laws have done more to wreck people's lives than cannabis has.

For real, now that Ohio has changed it's tune, I want my $4500 in fines and all 32 pipes and bongs they stole from me between 2001 and 2005, especially chief long pipe. That one was over 100 years old, stolen while I was being busted for night sledding in 2003.
