Interior Dome Light Does Not Turn On When Doors Open

Yes, I know there is a switch there to put it into auto/manual mode. All of a sudden, now when I open the door the dome lights don't go on and it is dark and frustrating as heck in the cab. I am still waiting for the back up camera and windshield wiper recall fix to be perfected before submitting my recall batch #2 after taking care of six prior ones. Other than these issues, I am still happy driving the Maverick around town with decent gas mileage (36-38 mpg).

Is yours in deep sleep mode, if so might need to put it on a trickle charger.

Not that I know of. I went into it within 24 hours each time and have left it longer than that before without an issue. Sometimes within a few hours. Everything starts right up. Just that dome light stays dark.

If the instrument cluster and radio screen also aren't booting up as soon as the door is opened then it's definitely deep sleep.

Sorry, it is in Deep Sleep

It should not happen but it does.
I've had the same thing.
Things you shouldn't have to do but I've done to try to curtail deep sleep from happening. I have turned off any Services such as location internet insurance tracking
I no longer use fordpass and I have pulled fuse number 11.
