These spots seem to be the worst offenders.

I had the SIBL installed at the factor for my current Maverick, then bought the OEM bed mat. It’s snug but fits fine without the issues you’re encountering.

On my 22 Maverick, I didn’t have a spray-in bedliner. I bought the OEM bed mat but I goofed and bought the one without the openings for the front D-rings (XL version for my XLT).

I ended up cutting holes for the D-rings. I used a 1/2” Dewalt drill bit to make a pilot hole, then I used a jigsaw to cut the holes I needed. The rubber on the OEM mat is thick and tough. It took some effort but I got it done.

Good luck

so I tried cutting and that immediately seemed impossible given what I had to remove. I ended up just grinding it down in various places with the Dremel until it fit. well, I think it fits but it's hard to tell for sure because it's still kind of humped up just from being that way for a while.
