Yes, I have one. It is one of the few adapters actually recommended by the developers of FORScan.

Yes, that is a good one. I just bought one recently. If you buy from them direct (NOT Amazon.ca) there is a discount but I am not sure how shipping to Canada will work. The discount code is in posts here on MTC and was still good as of this month.
