LOL.....If it was me @Mrkosmoo2 saw, I was literally just arriving from my 400+ mile damp, then dry drive from Long McArthur Ford in Kasnas, where I picked it up. Hence it was a lil dirty.

Great run and I will be doing something similar - heading East to Granger Ford in Iowa.....
We will go back East on Amtrak and then roll West in the new Ford via the Dakota’s and Yellowstone (as I used to work in Yellowstone Park). It will be Springtime at the earliest but may well be summer.... either works for me!

I’ve seen two in the wild here in Utah County. Then the one I test drove at the dealership. The broncos and bronco sports are everywhere though!

Was it a Black XLT Hybrid with a black hood deflector and maybe a little dirty?

It was an Area 51 color, AWD. I'm even more excited to know that there are more than one Mavericks in Colorado Springs now

I drove mine off the lot on 10/10/21 and it took me until the middle of December to see Maverick in the wild, and that one had WA plates. Living in Sacramento and taking road trips all over the state I am surprised I haven't seen a few more.

I've had people ask me about my truck in parking lots, seen people taking pictures of it as I drive past them, and even had a guy stop and talk to me at my house because he saw it in the driveway.

John, we live in Sacramento too, and I've only seen one other besides my GF's... An Area 51 XLT, out in the Yolo basin on gravel and mud ! I was thinking, bro ! You bought a brand new Maverick, and your out here beating it in washboard gravel roads ? Still had paper plates too !

My GF has been asked about hers darn near everywhere she takes it. One young guy from our church has also ordered one about a month after ours.... And he keeps telling us, "Not yet, but I'm still waiting"... So one day soon we will probably be seeing at least 1 other Mav every Sunday
