I ordered my Maverick XLT on 9/25/21, got an email confirmation from Ford and assurance from the dealer that the order was in and still haven't heard anything as of 1/20/22. Reached out to dealer last week and all they could tell me was I'd get more emails from Ford when production started. When I google Maverick delay issues all I can find is that the Hybrid Mavericks are experiencing significant delays. I would've loved a Hybrid but living in Wisconsin I needed AWD for the winter so i went with the AWD 2.0L Ecoboost engine. I did get the Luxury package as well. Are non-hybrid Mavericks experiencing as bad of delays as with the Hybrid? Would be curious to hear if others are experiencing similar wait times as myself. At this point maybe its best I don't get it for a couple months to give it one less brutal winter of wear and tear... but I'm also really sick of waiting

EB mavs are generally arriving quicker but are still constrained by things in the lux package. On top of just limited production period. With your later order date it's a bit unlucky you haven't been scheduled but not too surprising either. You can call Ford and ask if it's in the system but that's it. Since you got the email it should be all good tho.

We haven't seen a 'constrained item' list in a few weeks, but for a long time some items in the lux packages were constrained, ESPECIALLY if yours has a spray-in bedliner...

Dud, there are a ton folks out here with dates way older than yours. Orders from June, July and August are still awaiting scheduling. You may get lucky have your build pulled before some others but you need to adjust your expectations.

There is all kinds of factors that go into scheduling and they have been discussed at extraordinary lengths here.

Sit down, open another one, and chill.
