Does anybody have this issue?

When I use my Android phone to make a call, either wirelessly or via Android Auto, there is no audio either way. I can't hear the person nor can they hear me.

Every once in a while, I get it to work but there is no pattern why. I usually just end up speaking on speakerphone.

I've talked to Ford and they couldn't help via updates and resets. Said I had to go to the dealer. Of course, the dealer won't get me in until November to diagnose. I've tried to tell them it seems similar to TS 24-2182, but they won't just try it without diagnosing.

Any similar problems?

Check the phone settings in the radio, when I paired my new Google pixel 9 pro XL just last week for some reason it had the audio muted to where I couldn't hear the other person. I had to go into the radio settings under phone and undo the mute setting then I could hear the other people I was calling.

On my previous phone I had my Samsung s22 ultra I don't remember the radio doing that by default like it did on my Google Pixel 9 XL.

The setting I circled in the picture is the one I had to change to be able to hear people on the other line of my call.

I had garbled incoming calls and radio cutting out, latest software fixed the problem. Check to see if you have the latest Software.

The above.
Check your Infotainment System + Android Auto settings. And while you're checking that, also check your Infotainment System for & install any available Software updates for it. Connect to your home wi-fi or phone's hot spot wi-fi to download them.

Having the same issue all of a sudden. Music works fine though that may be through Android auto. Phone calls often do not

Yeah, it's annoying. There are no differences from day to day that I'm doing but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried every setting and updating. Nothing makes a long-term solution.

Ford contacted me but they won't do anything until I go to the dealer...which I can't get in until mid November.
