No maverick week but bike week

No maverick week but Daytona bike week . haven't been for a couple of years so decided to ride over . beautiful day 65 in am and high 70s in pm . always unusual sights ( people and motorcycles ) . my maverick cost less than most new Goldwings and many Harleys .

HD trikes and Goldwings are significantly more expensive than our Maverick.

My wife and I have always wanted to check out Daytona Bike week but the distance and weather at home in Minnesota usually not being condusive to bike travel, has kept us from doing it.

My sister and BIL are in the villages now, so maybe we can go visit them and take a day trip over to check it out some time.

Been to the Sturgis Rally 18 times since '91, and have enjoyed it every single time.

Car parking can be a problem near main Street . mc driving and parking only on main drag .
