No 12V power to bed storage box

Went to hook some LED bed lights to 12V Flexbed pigtail, but now power there (either side). Checked with multimeter with key in Run position. Also checked fuse #84, which is good. Anywhere else to check (in-line fuse somewhere, etc)?

I had the same issue with my 2022 XL Maverick, no power when I installed the factory plug/pigtail, and no power on the right side either (I tested it when I realized I didn’t have power on the driver’s side). I was going to get the dealership to troubleshoot it but traded for a 2023 instead.

Yeah, dealer will be my next choice if nobody has found an answer to this. 2023 XLT.

The power hook up in located in the driver side bed. It's a small 2x2 plate behind the cubby in the bed area. You must plug the pigtail into the cubby.
Explained in the owners manual.

I am thinking I read somewhere this is hot when the doors are opened ? Could be my old age kicking in again !

There is power to the bed any time the ignition is in the "on" position. I don't believe it activates until then.

Yes, or when the engine is running....but this problem was over 6 months ago. lol.
