I just want to say this seems like a pretty cool place to hang out. New Maverick owner who’s looking to connect with other Maverick owners to learn and share experiences.
Coming from a Subaru Forester - my GOAT. That baby got me through some pretty tough times for 8 years! I hope this Maverick does something similar. I just recently retired so most of my driving is around town or to my cabin which is about 70 miles one way. Now I can haul things in the bed or tow occasionally if needed. Plus I get awesome gas mileage! Life is good. All the best.

Welcome to retirement. I went from 35 to 40k commuting to 8k a year doing errands and travels. After the first year of retirement I realized I no longer needed a full size and traded for the Maverick. average 25 mpg around the area, more on trips, compared to 13 around town and 19 on trips.

Hi Maverick forum. Retired old geezer at 74 waiting for a Maverick Tremor to be delivered. Spent decades as a motorhead the avid backpacker solo canoeist. Wife Cathy and I like to do multi week roadtrips in the western mountains, planning a post break in trip with the new Tremor. Still messing with turbo engines, and road racing, a shoehorn amateur photographer and computer tinkerer.
