A few words of advice. Get a SIGNED order sheet showing the price. Ask if there will be any Added Dealer Markup. If you get anything other than a no, go somewhere else. Research your dealer. Yelp, dealrater.com, google. Read through this forum daily. Finally, watch Tim Bartz,
@fordvideoguy on you tube. Information can save you a ton of problems

Forgot to mention: Once in a while a member here will spot one for sale on a dealer's lot, or just today a member posted he might want to sell his. Some folks bought what was available while waiting for their order to be built and might want to sell, or at least let you know when their build will be completed so you can claim it (with their permission, of course)
