New Owner with Screen Question

Greetings. I bought a 2024 XLT with an EcoBoost a couple months ago, and am more than pleased with it. This little truck has proven to be a “Swiss Army Knife” that does everything I need it to do. I've only run into one tiny glitch. A few days ago the screen had a “double vision” look to it, and also had a row of short vertical bars across the upper part of the screen. It hasn't happened since. Does this sound like anything to worry about? Thanks.

If it does it again try resetting and see if that helps

1. Simultaneously press and hold the seek up and the audio unit power buttons until the screen goes black.

2. Wait three minutes to allow the system to complete the reset.

I agree with what @fossil said I've had my screen freeze up a handful of times while driving. Audio still works but you couldn't get the screen to respond to change the radio station or song. Had to wait till I got to my destination to shut the vehicle off then when I got back in to leave it was back to normal after restarting the truck.

Congratulations on getting your Maverick! Now that you have it, perhaps one of the first mods is to add a Maverick Truck Club decal so you can properly “represent.”
