New Ordering Constraint

I've got a 2.0 XLT Cactus Grey Lux Pak on order, It was on hold I found out by calling customer service which I do monthly. It seems that I now cannot have the roll up tonneau with the drop in bedliner that was substituted by Ford for the spray in. I can only delete the bedliner by dropping the XLT Lux Pak completely which makes no sense. So, keeping the Lux Pak and dropping the tonneau for now. I WONDER WHAT OTHER ADVENTURES AWAIT ME?

I hear exactly what you're saying my order is the beginning of August 2021 it is a XLT hybrid luxury package 360 Copilot tonneau cover and mud flaps.

It's been three different times they have had me take the tonneau cover and mud flaps off . I have seen several of my exact vehicle with build dates one ,two.and two and a half months after my order date so I called Ford a week ago and got a very nice lady and explained the situation to her. She gave me a case number and said they would look into it if I did not hear back from them in 5 to 7 days to call back. I did yesterday and I got the rudest guy it was Unreal how rude he was he said you're wasting your time having Ford look into it if you want your truck built drop the luxury package and the co-pilot 360 and I don't understand how your exact truck is being built two and a half months after your order date. At that time I was so upset with him I said goodbye and I hope the Easter Bunny brings you a better attitude cuz yours sucks so believe me I understand and the sad part is there's not a damn thing I can do I'm not going to take off the 360 Copilot or the luxury package as I have a handicapped person in the family that needs certain parts of each one of those two packages anyway that customer service man is a very poor specimen for representing Ford.

Nothing much new, sorry to say.

Tonneaus have been on the constraint list since about day one. Lux packages a constraint for at least the last month, if not longer.

Forbearance (some here notwithstanding) not in short supply.
