Hi everyone! Last week I purchased a new 2025 Maverick XL AWD 2.0 EcoBoost. I just turned 65 yesterday and I'm a retired industrial electrician. I wanted to join the club because it seems to be a wealth of knowledge here on everything Maverick related. We'd been looking for a few months and I'd found a couple of Mavericks that I liked, but due to the recall on '24 models they couldn't sell me one. A nearby dealer had a '25 that's exactly what I was looking for. This is my first Ford truck and so far I'm really enjoying it.

Thanks! Yes, I decided to give retirement a try. So far, I'm finding plenty to do.

I tell friends it's amazing how you can fritter away the day, time just moves so much faster when you get older and of course you have so much less of it
