My New Mav and it's Nasty Distant Cousin

Well my Hybrid Mav XLT, Lux pkg. just showed up and it took exactly 365 days to get it. The truck drives pretty good and so far I like it. Just got the truck wrapped to protect the paint and so far the only issue was that the factory put the wrong drop in bed liner in the truck as it covered over the box receptacle and light fixture. The dealer has ordered the correct part and hopefully it will not take 3 months LOL.

FYI. The Ford drop in bedliner is the same for all Mavericks. The panels just need to be cut out for the cubbies. Easy to DYI, too.

If the dealer gets the "correct part" in, someone will still have to do some cutting. You could save yourself time by educating your dealer on this . LOL.

Funny you should say that as I thought right away that this is a simple issue but the dealer insisted that there was a different part number for the liner. I guess I will have to educate him LOL.
