That's the same screen shot I get, tried reloading app and other suggestions , still nothing. used to work fine on the 2016 f150 i traded in.

You have to enable notifications on your phone. Turned it on, few days later I turned it off. Pretty worthless info

You’ll have to activate notifications in Applink and disable Apple Carplay. Also check location services are enabled.

App link was turned off, my phone is android and everything is now enabled see if this works. I' ll disable apple car play and try this as well.

What exactly does one do with this journey thingy? (assuming it actually works, of course...)

I guess it tells you where you have been, OR where someone else has been in your vehicle.
