Five star Ford North Richland hills, TX getting another ***** from me. Dropped off my hybrid Maverick at 7 am, rode the shuttle to and from work. Done at 5pm. Looks to me like they did a quality job.
I also asked about these
and they told me "we'll get that fixed under warranty. The part is on backorder. We'll call when it arrives and put you at the front of the queue."
I'll update when it's done, but so far, they've handled everything correctly, IMO.
My 2012, Ford Focus had recalls, too. The way Ford handled them is part of the reason I came back to a Ford dealership looking a new vehicle.
