All parts purchased at Home Depot except the eye bolts and they were bought from Lowes. The eye bolts weren't the shoulder variety, but they had a nut that I torqued up against the eye and that provided a shoulder for the flange washer. The flange washer deformed when the eye bolt was tightened, so I added an additional washer to stiffen things up. Rail lengths are 30" per the Ford video.
There were only two open M8 bolt holes per rail in the bed, so that's all I used to attach. Each eye bolt was rated at 160lbs each according to the package, but I don't anticipate that I'll be pulling the Queen Elizabeth II...only hauling furniture or a refrigerator from time to time. Had to cut the eye bolts to 11/16 length. Also had to ream the paint out of each of the bolt holes with an M8 tap.
