MostPlus is just a name that is stuck on a very generic three panel, bi-fold hard bed cover. There are most certainly other brands that are the same cover.
Owned 2 years.
Holding up just fine.
No drainage tubes.
I haven't put any additional weather seals on it and yes if I go through a drive-through car wash there is leakage, not bad.
You didn't ask but it can be folded and removed by myself in about 7 to 10 minutes. I'm 70
I bought it because it was hard, meaning it can't be sliced open by some jerk with a 99 cent box cutter and it was affordable for the intended purpose.
Good Luck
Yeah I've noticed that most of these Chinese three panel covers look the same so I'm sure they are manufactured in a factory and then get slapped with a different name on them like you mentioned. No issues with installation or with how it clamps on? These don't clamp no and dig into the paint on the bed at all do they?

The 1st week I took delivery I swapped the AGM out of my Fusion to avoid the deep sleep issues everyone was having before I turned it in for Factory buyback (2020 PHEV - lemon law).

I ordered your dash tray, but returned it. I liked the finished look, but the hard plastic rattled and I like being able to toss my gas receipts under it. I found a flexible tray that is tension fit.
I also ordered mud flaps, floor mats, trash can (also retuned, I prefer an insulated soft side one), window visors (also returned due to them not being in channel), a soft tonneau.

Many more things purchased over the almost-a-year of owning it. More to come now that I'm finally done dealing with DMV and "dirtying" my title.

I have no idea if the paint is okay.
I have not had the bed cover totally off since I installed. I have no intention of crawling up underneath the bed cover with the flashlight to look and see if the paint is okay it's a truck to me.

First mod was adding a hard rollup bed cover. I had it before I had the truck. That and floor mats.
