Multiple Phone/Car Play/Nav Issues

As an FYI, only some of my problems were with bluetooth. Others were with CarPlay which is through USB

I had a similar problem when I replaced an Android phone with a new Android phone. But rebooting The infotainment system a couple of times fixed it. Make sure your infotainment system has the latest software.
You might also try disconnecting the battery overnight.
