Hope you got a good price of the Santa Cruz. You can't beat the warranty. Too much mark up in Charlotte for Santa Cruz plus dealer installed garbage!

hey, ya ,I got it at sticker NO add ons- SE awd $28,500 ish- it did had $2,500 added to sticker on top of price-- but it was from another dealer-it was a dealer trade and just arrived 1 hr before I saw it.just got lucky to find a SE, which is fine with me,still has "way" more on it , that I wanted. so it has "supposedly" tinted windows-front sides do seem darker- clear door edge guards-nice black pin stripes-some type of exterior coating-and interior protection- but I did not pay for any of it, as the dealer I got it from did not do any add-ons I did pay$ 899 (bs) dealer fee, but that was it, so I am happy. and I like the warr.about double of ford. so far so good!!

this "may" be last posting from me ( sad) but we canceled the maverick order today ,waited 18 months- its on its way to mullinax vero beach, i know they will have no issues selling it asap! my wife did not want to chance buying and reselling ( my luck is not good!!) we dont really have the extra funds to try it . we canceled it today 5/3/23 GOOD LUCK TO ALL !!!!!

That stinks! We probably could have worked something out. A signed agreement as to how much I am going to give you to remove your name from the title. We both go in. I pay for it outright. We remove your name from the title. I've got a truck and you've got a couple grand in your pocket. Sales tax only paid once.

yeah, too late, being retired and on fixed $$, my wife was afraid to try something.to bad, as I would have liked them both!!the maverick was for her, we decided to downsize, about 5 months ago, sold the boat and 25ft camper and the 2019 f-150 and I got the santa cruz base SE, 4 months like it so far NO issues. saw it at sticker, and liked it and if we do a small camper again, it will pull 3,500. I herd maybe 2-3 people were after my maverick at mullinax, I think they sold it around $5,000 over ,not sure.what a 18 momths !!! worst part was NO one ever called or wrote from Ford , same with dealer , they seemed to act like they had no clue the whole time! I called ford twice a month and the dealer every 3 weeks for the 18 months.I have had fords since 1974, but maybe no longer,sad times !!

Me again !! I know I have no Maverick, but I still am nuts ,and check out the dealers.Mullinax ( all of them) show 10 new Mavericks and 5 used-ALL at $7,000-10,000 over sticker. FYI

FYI if you got the e-mail from Ford telling you to place a 2024 order in case the 2023 order doesn't get built. I just came from New Smyrna Mullinax. They start entering those orders this evening at 4 PM. I was told they will let me know when there is paperwork to sign. They have 37 2023 Hybrid orders that haven't been scheduled yet and 44 Hybrids allocated for 2024. The sales manager said if they don't get built as a 23, they should all get built as a 24. The sales manager sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

If you are placing a new Hybrid order, good luck with that!

I have an unscheduled order with Mullinax in Kissimmee. I was speaking with Brandyn a couple of weeks ago and told him that I had seen the 2024 ordering info and that I heard it was July 17th. This was before it was officially announced. So far its been crickets from him and after seeing the changes I don't think there is any reason to put in for a 2024. I was hoping to get what the private offer was before to see if it was even worth it.

I'm figuring it's going to make up for the price increase. You have nothing to lose placing a 24 order. The sales guys don't sound really damn confident about anything they say as far as I'm concerned. The sales manager seemed knowledgeable. The dealership should have sent out an e-mail clarifying how everything is going to be handled. It would save so much confusion and frustration. When you have to ask questions and the answer to everything is "Let me check...", it doesn't inspire confidence. I don't understand how some dealerships can accept orders before the order banks open, but this dealer can't.

It's all good. I received a comfirmation email from Ford (the first email I have ever received from them) and the dealer sent a copy of the order (with the same order number as the MY23 order and priority 10). Now back to waiting....

Got my e-mail from Ford yesterday morning and my paperwork today. I'm priority 3. I wonder why they didn't make you a 3? It's an XL Hybrid with CP360 and the trailer hitch. I hope I get it this time and sooner rather than later.

To their defense, Mullinax is a no haggle, no fees dealer. The price you see is the price you pay. There were no additional added fees over the sticker (was actually below MSRP) of our 2020 Mustang other than tax, tag, title (and these were very similar to what I paid on my Mazda so I know they weren't inflated numbers). Got Fords 72 month, 0% deal at the time too so there was literally no haggling on anything other than the trade in value which they did work with us on.

Their site is actually showing $750 below MSRP on their stock Bronco sports which is crazy considering other dealers are adding thousands.

I preordered an order bank last Aug for 23 for 2023 Maverick XLT 2.0. I'm now on the 24 order bank list if mine is not started with vin by I think Aug 3. we will see how this pans out...
