More lights! Footwell, rear under seat storage and under hood aftermarket lighting added

They are to replace all the Halogen bulbs on Mav with LED's; yes you can do this yourself, its pretty easy. They are much brighter than halogens and will last the life of your truck. I'll be installing this set this weekend as part of my stage I lighting upgrades.

I actually ran the wires from the cargo light down to the passenger side wire raceway when I changed out the rear speakers (many post's on how to remove the rear panels required to do that).

I liked the under seat cargo light idea, but ran mine attached to the bottom of the seat in a custom made housing. I used high bright red/white LED, and a mercury switch so it goes out automatically when I put the seat down

Thank you. It took a bunch of time, and my fabrication skillz to build. I fed the wiring under the seat carpet, up the C pillar and tied into the 15 minute timed out dome light hot lead. I figure that I dont need more thsn 15 minutes to get what I need from there.

These pictures show the work that went into it and the end result a lot better. Lots of time spent, but great end result. Great fab skills you have.

I like the idea of the under hood light, but want something that appears more OEM. My friend popped the hood on his 1998 Ram pickup and I liked the look of his under hood light. The tilt switch is built in meaning I could body ground the light and run only 1 wire. I got to looking and for about $17 they make this light with high bright LEDs I would have to hit my boneyard for a connector plug to wire it in, but this is widely available and with a built in tilt switch, can be an easier install.

No idea. But possibly is. They do sell this light with the harness and zip ties that plug into the body holes for $36. It might almost be worth it. Of course you still have to "make it fit" since it's designed for a dodge pickup.
