Does the moonroof reduce head height? If so, how much? Pic would be appreciated.

Correct the normal headroom is 40.3” and the moon roof is 38.3”.

Even with the moonroof, you have to be greater than 6'5 to bump your head apparently, from the videos I've seen of lengthy humans.

I'm 6'2". Plenty of headroom with moonroof even if I have the seat at full height. As mentioned, only giants need to be concerned!

6’ 5”, no issues at all with the moonroof. I actually have my seat slightly upwards too so it’s not all the way to the floor. Feels like a ton of headroom still left with the sunroof open or closed and there is no annoying rub to your head or hair getting in/out or sitting down either. Just as comfortable in the passenger side too.
