I just checked my FordPass Reward Points and they are "gone". I know they were there originally. So I looked at the activity and it shows that they were "switched" to a Maintenance plan 5 months after I bought it. I did not initiate this and am quite mad. Anyone else have this?
Did Ford Customer Service fix it? Did you ever find out if the dealer or Ford itself initiated this?
