I got an email from Ford today with special offers and my personal codes.
I read through the email until I got to the part that tells me my point balance.
Why am I short about 35,000 points?
Turns out someone in Tennessee used my points for service at a Ford dealer.
Ford customer service says I need to contact the dealer that accepted my points
to service somebody else's car.
WTH!!
Has anyone else have this happen?

No but I am waiting on my original 42k points.....two months June 6th...



Good luck getting that resolved, so far I'm not at all impressed with the ford pass app....

Good luck getting that resolved, so far I'm not at all impressed with the ford pass app....
Has nothing to do with the app, its the dealer that has to apply it.

Has nothing to do with the app, its the dealer that has to apply it.



Er..well.....when I called the 800 number on the app last Thursday the lady said they would add the points in 1 to 5 business days....lol...still no points....:shrugs: I think her words were, after waiting on hold for five minutes ...yes yes it looks like you are due purchases points and we will open a work ticket.... and even If I had the points the app is no better than it was when I bought my 2020 Ranger....so no, not impressed. The were way more intersted in me doing a survey than getting me help. :crackup:

Yep. Today my dealer said she can’t even make a claim until 30 days after purchase. She said it’s a common problem with Ford Pass being really slow right now.

Well, the dealer refunded my points. It took a little persistence.
On to using up my points before someone else takes them away.
