Same thing happened to us. It’s the dealer. We didn’t want to make a fuss so we used the two “The Works” services which include oil change and rotate tires.
The finance guy at our dealership kept dodging our calls too. We had to leave messages etc. When we finally got him on the phone, he said he’ll process the cancellation. A week after, we called a few times and left messages again wanting to ask when we would receive the refund.. then he finally...
We canceled the Ford extended warranty within one week of picking up the car, called the finance guy, was told to sign a form at his office. Received a refund check in about a month for the full amount minus the sales tax.

Took delivery in Feb 2022, noticed the braking symptoms right away. Thought we just needed some time to get used to. The braking is so random. Drove it in regular mode, eco mode, summer, winter, rain, and sun, can’t seem to pinpoint a certain condition where it’s better or worse. Sometimes it’s...
I just scheduled an oil change with the dealer and mentioned the 2 recalls. Under my vin# (hybrid - built Dec 2021), they only see the fire hazard recall, but not the airbag recall. Maybe not for all vehicles?
I don’t remember the specifics. I’m on a roadtrip (with the Mav) and will be home tomorrow. I’ll take a picture of the service summary and post it here.
Our hybrid mav died last month at around 6100 miles. It died on a Sunday at a friend’s place. Jump started it, drove home, turned off the engine, and died again. Ford towed it to the dealer on Monday and they repaired the cable, got the car back on the Friday.
