I've gotten that frequently since day 1 in Apr.

I have Fordpass option enabled, but disabled wifi connection with auto-updates though.
It'll inform that data is gathered and may be used, mine seems to include something is disabled.
Just a legal reminder.
Just gut feeling, but it seemed less frequent when I did have wifi enabled for auto-updates.
I've never tried to time out if it's so many starts or what.
Funny it seems to pop up after I've started moving fast enough, rather than before.
I just recall hitting OK as I'm about to leave parking lot, not while sitting there.

message something like this " your vehicle has active tracking and location......" on the screen for 2-3 seconds. I will try to copy exactly next time I see it. Maybe caused by the pushback Ford has received over the tracking issue, and NO my phone was not with me it was about 6 miles away. It was like a message on the computer that warns about cookies

Not sure but I believe that's part of the remote start app because it needs to know where the vehicle is to be able for the remote start to work. Any opinion is welcomed. I have been using my remote start app more often to cool my Maverick before driving because my truck is always parked outside in this heat.

My '23 did this until I disabled Fordpass. I was under the impression it is a legal disclaimer notifying anyone driving the vehicle that they're movements can be tracked.

If you like the APP and use it's limited features, then I believe you will get this pop up message on the screen as long as Fordpass is enabled in the truck.

FWIW, I have remote start on my key fob and found the APP didn't really have any functionality I couldn't live without. Combine that and the fact that Ford's data privacy policy has a few conditions I don't care for, I disabled the Fordpass, WIFI and automatic updates (the updates don't do anything in the XL or XLT because the don't have the actual Sync 3 system)
