I have attached a pic with some part of the grill highlighted. My Maverick 2024 XL.
Are those part of grill same across all XL models.
I am planning to put some trim cover on them.

Yes. Same on all models as far as sizing. Color I believe can vary between highest and lowest trims.

I had a body shop paint mine the same color as my truck for $200.

XL mavericks have a 1 large piece grill where the XLT and lariat have the bar that is removable. I was gonna have mine painted but decided since I have the BAP I’d keep the black one . I am gonna sell my extra one tho

The light grey “bar” can be removed and painted as the XL one cannot. You could tape it off the paint if you really wanted to I guess

No wonder I could not find the snap points for that bar on the grill. I am only concerned about the dimensions. Planning to put these two in the pics. Are the dimensions same across the model years?

Do you this it will hold on?

I haven't personally measured the different trucks but I don't "THINK" They are different dimensions just that the higher trims have them in pieces instead of a single piece. This is most likely so they could modify then for different trims later on such as the tremor or if they planned an ST, Raptor, etc

That would be, front grill accent trim, on ESTY from TUFSKINS.
round the emblem I got off E-BAY, “car-attention” front and rear logo emblem covers. I had to paint them white.
