Maverick For Fleet

Hi guys,

I’m currently running several very old b4000/Rangers and Tacoma’s as part of my landscape business. I was planning on replacing these next year with the final production year of the outdated Frontier as pricing is favourable.

the Mav has me hesitating. Assuming it will come with an available tow package and I understand there’s only to be a crew short-bed version ?

also does anyone know how long it takes companies like Leer to get caps out for a new truck? I will need to cap them for security purposes.

Would be looking at base models with AWD and tow package with caps.

Leer should have caps by October.

(I called and asked, as long as it's a true box and has no wings it's easy to add to production.)

Hopefully they put a decent tire on these or I’m going to have to retread them with tougher construction area rubber.

This reminded me of my Isuzu I bought around '85. It had Bridgestone tires on it. Four years later I sold it with over 125,000 miles. It still had the original tires and they looked good for another 30.000 miles. With two wheel drive I'd throw a couple of bags of sand in the bed come winter. I had a job that there was no such thing as a snow day. I had to get to work. That little truck did it.
