Thanks for the detailed write-up and your valued opinions. I'm hesitate to purchase because of the noise factor and the extra inconvenience of possibly needing to remove them while on the road. What I do like about Mabett is that they do follow the club and take our suggestions to heart and will modify modify their products accordingly. Let's hope they can address the noise factor.

I've got Maxzinas on the way, but I plan to use them only while the Maverick is parked, with reflectix on the windshield and front side windows - for the pups.

I will no longer be using these unless there is a specific use case and I'm lowering my initial rating from 6/10 to 5/10.

After 12 to 15 inserts and removals they have damaged the truck window's rubber weatherstripping.

They sometimes get stuck in really hard and are difficult to remove.

If you plan to put in and take out frequently, use some rubber safe lubricant in the window tracks.

I will be using these only to keep out the mosquitos and bats out while I am sleeping in the fully reclined drivers seat overnight in the wilderness. Fresh oxygenated air and no intruding vampires.

This is why they got used on one trip and no more for me. Plus they rattle if in when driving.
