The size is different. We have precisely manufactured it based on the dimensions of this area in the original car.

It probably wouldn't shatter but I can see it coming flying out of the there when someone tucks their fingers in and yanks the door closed.

I am sure some folks will love these but they just look like a flawed idea to me.

Mine showed up and dropped right in. They fit well and have some dense foam in a couple spots to keep them snug. Seem strong and well-fitting enough if you grabbed the unsupported area to close the door. They come with rubber liners for the bottom, that are stuck together, just peel apart and drop in. They are also marked F-R, F-L, R-R, R-L.
