That change you see at 30 seconds may be the ECU switching to closed loop mode once the O2 sensor heaters get them properly warmed up.

Essentially, yes, this is what is happening. In reality it is a lot more complicated and I sure varies by external temps.

I recorded it…

and, in this case at least, it is exactly 30 seconds.
