Lowering windows from key fob?

Is it possible to lower the windows using the key fob? I've seen this possible with other Ford products.

Not by default. You need to use FORScan to enable Global Window Open/Close in the Body Control, Driver's Door, and Passenger Door modules.

Global Window Open Confirmed Working (Lariat Only)

I believe all three modules can be edited with the easy/plainspeak setting changes so don't even need to mess with as-built hex values.

Is this something I can ask the dealer to program for me? I don't have Forscan or a tool to to use it
