How to remove the key from the key fob?

How do you remove the key from the key fob.need some spares made.

You push the textured button beside the keyring hole and pull it out.

If you're referring to the XLT. Anyone capable of making duplicates would know how to do it. Since they do require programming to even start the vehicle.

It's not removable. Go through your dealer to get additional keys made and programmed.

OP has an XLT. It's a flip key, not push button start with removable key for emergencies.
