Looking for Cheap Side Exhaust

I want to add dual tips behind the tire side exhaust but don't want to buy a catback system. Is there an alternative that is just a muffler-back bolt-on solution?

Go to a local muffler shop, they can do that for you. I would look for a independent shop that does custom work.

you are absolutely not going to find something that just bolts on without spending a lot of money.

I agree with Slowtime's advice. 90 degree muffler (Magnaflow etc), a little piping, your choice of tip should be far cheaper than a prebuilt kit, welded properly, and a lot less hassle.
