Hello, all,
Buying a Maverick is going to be doubly exciting for me because it will be the first new car I ever buy, and at age 30, it wll be the first time I own a car that hasn't been on the road longer than me! (Currently driving a 2005 Rav4) As someone who is TOTALLY new to the dealership process (bought my old cars with cash from private parties), I have no clue how this works. I've been contacted by my local Ford dealer and they said they would get back to me when they had more information. I know they have my name on a waiting list, but they have not contacted me further about speccing out my order, and it sounds like some of you are A LOT farther along in the process. Are the any steps I should take right now? Also, general tips for new car buying are appreciated!
