Locks/ security system question

Not sure what you mean by ‘doors locked AND security system armed’. Sounds like two separate steps.

That said, I just looked at my 24 lariat hybrid, sitting in the garage, doors locked by key fob, no indicator lights of any color visible. And I left my fob in the house so I couldn’t open any doors, but could look in through open windows.

Thanks.......my Colorado had a little red light on when the doors were locked ........was a nice feature.

It indeed would be useful as simple deterrent to perhaps prevent glass breakage before the alarm goes off.
At least for the thieves that do care.

Ford probably wouldn't have used a bulb with big load and drained battery even more.
