Does anyone know the actual weight of the standard OEM Turbofan wheel on the Lobo?
There are many estimates and guesstimates online, but I’m looking for the actual measured weight by somebody:)

Before I jack up my Lobo and remove the wheel & tire(26lbs) and roll it over to the bathroom scale - I wanted to check

Not sure about the weight but on the GOODWIN Racing site they replaced the LOBO wheels with another brand that they sell and cut 10 pounds lighter. That's 10 pounds off each corner. Ten pounds less unsprung weight will improve handling and overall ride as well.
I'd be interested to know what each wheel weighs.

I rolled my jack into place & brought my bathroom scale into garage…

Will also take a pic of the back side of the Turbofan. Going to eat lunch first & then head the garage - so I’ll give you the results a bit later:)

For clarity, and for future readers, are you by chance talking about the OEM standard Lobo wheels? 🤷‍♂️

Yes, the OEM “Moonstone” wheels that are standard on the 2025 Lobo. The ones that look like black pizza pans…

Ok, just checking. As far as I know you are the first person to come up with that nickname. "Turbofan" is what I've seen the most.

Just thinking you'll get more attention/input if it's obvious what you're talking about. :)

I've heard the LOBO wheels referred to a "dinner plate"

Good point. Getting ready to remove front passenger side “Turbofan” ie “dinner plate” ie “dog dish”.

note triangle pointing at pinch weld where I placed my magnetic jack pad. Cheater Bar ready to loosen the factory tightened 21mm lug nuts:

There is a “fan” on the inside, cool. Can’t remember where I heard/read “Moonstone”, but I’ll refer to them as their rightful name - Turbofan!

Time to weigh these big boys…

They’re lighter than I thought!

30.8 lbs on one scale
30.2 lbs on another of my scales

So I’m thinking 30.5 lbs per wheel. That is not too shabby.

OZ Racing makes a high end & strong “turbofan” rally wheel - and it weighs 26.7 lbs.

Difference between Lobo TurboFan & High End Aftermarket is less than 5lbs.
I choose Lobo hands down. It even has fan “blades” which the imitators lack!

Another way to get the weight of the wheel is subtract the weight of the tire from the total weight of the wheel/tire combo.. I think you can get the weight of the tire from the tire manufacturers specs. IDK, just a thought. Sorry, but your 30.5 lbs is just for the wheel or is that the weight of the wheel&tire?
