We had a short rain storm come through today and it brought the temperatures down below 90 so I decided to install the LOBO logo.
First step was to clean the area with grease and wax remover. Next clean the area with alcohol.
I used a trimmed 2x4 and some shims to make sure the letters would be level with the truck.
With the template taped to the tail gate the backing was removed from the letters and they were installed. The template was carefully removed and the letters checked to make sure they were firmly attached.
All in all it came out pretty good but I probably should have mounted the logo a little bit higher.
Total time was about 15 minutes.
