Ford Maverick Lifted Cactus Gray FX4: Gave It A Waterless Wash This Evening IMG_9609

Gave the truck a waterless wash this evening, using the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic 3-in-1 Detail spray and some microfiber towels. I really love how the 5-year ceramic coating (IGL Kenzo) makes the truck super easy to maintain. As long as it is not really dirty, you can easily do a cleaning such as this and get great results. Just a lot of pollen and bugs to remove and what a difference.

I really love the way Cactus Gray looks in the evening light as the changing light plays with the color. Thought I would share and hope everyone else is enjoying their Maverick. And, if you are among those still waiting, as everyone says, "IT'S WORTH THE WAIT!"

P.S. Yes, that is the wife's Tremor in the background. She is due for a detailing tomorrow...

Looks great! I plan on adding black accents to my Cactus Grey FX4 once it arrives. Love the blacked out decal and Ford emblems.

I like the rims and tires. Did the larger tires mess up your speedometer?
You would think that the speedometer issue would be gone in the 21st century. A gps can tell you how fast you are going with a very small error range.

Yes the speedo and odometer are off due to larger tire diameter. Roughly 5 percent.

I made an entire thread about that HERE
