I like the blue one under the hood, I know nothing about, but I have replaced all my exterior lights with “LASFIT” LED lights.

Here’s my hood light install. Got an extra all white LED strip so I put that on the bottom. The top one blinks amber when I use it as turn signal.

Yea I think theirs is routed on the passenger side, but the fuse box is on that side so there is definitely breaches on the firewall over there too.

Yes, the passenger side firewall grommet has a port molded into it for supplemental wiring as well similar to the driver's side. It's just harder to access because of all of the HVAC being in the way.
