Lariat Owners: Does Your HVAC Control Stay on "Dual" or does it occasionally go Off?

Just noticed over the past 2 weeks, my HVAC will sometimes (without provocation) not stay on Dual mode. More First World problems.

Anybody else have this situation?

Not sure but I believe that if the passenger side is set to the same as the driver side then the driver setting changes will move the passenger temp setting also. OR WAS IT If the passenger button is placed in off position driver side changes both???

If you have dual on and change the temp with the drivers side knob both sides will change and are synced but if the passenger side is changed separately dual will turn off.

Okay, I will make certain not to adjust the Pass side.

As soon as you turn the passenger knob, it goes into true "dual" mode and stays there until you sync them again.

Something amiss, I didn't touch either and " DUAL" was automagically off.
