Lane Depart/Centering Question

Can I turn lane centering and lane keeping off, but keep adaptive cruise control? On my Maverick, I try to turn it off using the button in the steering wheel, but the system turns itself back on.

Yes, you can use adaptive cruise control with lane keeping off and lane centering off. That way it will not hold the lane nor correct lane crossings, but will allow you to set the cruise control and keep distance from the vehicle in front. You just toggle the lane keeping aid button on the end of the turn signal stalk to be off. And then do not turn on lane centering button.
